  session is to reconnect with each other and brainstorm strategies for wel
 lness/finding joy\, both as individuals and via the ERG. We will break int
 o small groups explore the following two questions: \n\n\n	What are some ac
 tivities you've been doing as self-care or to find joy during these past f
 ew months?\n\n\n\n	How might the Queer ERG support employee well-being at M
 cGill?\n\n\nAfterwards\, we'll debrief as a group and compile takeaways\, 
 both for us as individuals and for future ERG activities.\n\nAccessibility
 \n\nThe session will be held in the training room of the Equity Team offic
 e\, located on the 10th floor in Suite 1010 at 550 Sherbrooke Street West.
  To access our office\, use the East Tower elevators located in the main l
 obby.\n\nThere is a single-stall\, gender-inclusive and accessible washroo
 m in the space\, and multi-stall gendered washrooms on the 9th and 11th fl
 oors. There is also a kitchen with a sink\, toaster\, and microwave in cas
