  tools and resources for promoting inclusion and understanding\, specifica
 lly related to disclosing a disability. By engaging in a variety of activi
 ties and discussions\, participants will gain a deeper understanding of th
 eir own positionality and how it affects their interactions with others. T
 hey will also learn about relevant laws and policies related to disability
  disclosure\, as well as best practices for promoting inclusion and unders
 tanding. By the end of the workshop\, participants will be equipped with a
 ctionable steps they can take to create a more inclusive and accommodating
  environment for all.\n	\n	Participants will also:\n\n\n	Learn how to effecti
 vely communicate within a context that may lead to a disclosure and/or acc
 ommodation requests\n	Develop effective strategies for disclosing disabilit
 ies\n	Develop strategies for creating an inclusive culture\n	Understand how
