January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 Deadline: Mar. 22, 2024 at 5pm

A complete nomination consists of the following:

  • Table of Contents
  • Nomination form
  • Nomination letter, explaining why nominee should be considered for the award (NOTE: Nominees may not self-nominate.)
  • Statement from nominee, consisting of a list and brief description identifying measures taken by nominee in respect of equity and/or community engagement
  • Up to 4 additional letters of support (from students, former students, colleagues, Chairs, Directors, supervisors, etc.)

Submit all materials (pdf format) to the equity.awards [at] mcgill.ca (equity awards email.)
