Suggested Courses

Suggested Courses for the Diploma

The List is divided into two Thematic Categories. They are Social Sciences and Policy, and Natural Sciences and Technology.

1) Most courses listed at the 300 level and higher have prerequisites. Although instructors may waive prerequisite(s) in some cases, students are urged to prepare their program of study well before their final year.

2) This list is not meant to be exclusive. Courses not on the list may be included in the Minor or Diploma with the permission of the Program Adviser, Bieler School of Environment.

3) Not all courses are available in any given year. Check the departmental listings in the "Undergraduate Programs Calendar" for full course descriptions and prerequisites, and check Minerva for current scheduling.

Courses marked (M) are offered on the Macdonald campus.
