Team forming exerts direct influence on the attaining an overall success of the project. Primary attention should be given to the balance of teamwork and competent individual work, including:
- field of expertise and qualification of the team members,
- need of interdisciplinary design,
- appropriate distribution of tasks,
- psychological compatibility in a team, etc.
An important aspect of the team building is selection of the team/project leader whose role is to develop a schedule and mobilize team members to deliver their work according to the milestones.
