Terms of Reference
To identify actionable issues and opportunities regarding equity, diversity, and inclusivity within the Faculty of Engineering community and respond either by direct action or concrete recommendations to a Department, School, Faculty or other body with the power to act.
Current Focus
Each Committee member’s primary role is to support their respective Unit Chair or Director in the development and implementation of a local (i.e., Unit-specific) EDI strategy in alignment with the Faculty of Engineering EDI Strategic Priorities.
