Emerging Leaders Workshops for Graduate and Postdoctoral Students

The Emerging Leaders Workshops for Graduate and Postdoctoral Students provide opportunities to discuss leadership topics and actively co-create knowledge in this area by engaging in various activities like games, role plays and etc. Workshops are offered by the Leadership Development group, part of the Campus Life and Engagement. The goal of the workshops is to actively provide resources, build facilitation skills, develop leadership skills, and create meaningful personal connections. We encourage the students to use these resources to develop the skills they need and to get involved on campus and/or in the Montreal community and practically use them.

Our workshops are usually student-facilitated by members of the ACCE Team. ACCE is a group of McGill student volunteers that help their peers develop their leadership skills and get involved on campus and/or in the community.
