Dr. Dennis Jensen wins the Heather Reisman and Gerald Schwartz Award

The McGill Kinesiology & Physical Education Department congratulates Dr. Dennis Jensen for winning the Heather Reisman and Gerald Schwartz Award for Excellence in Teaching.

Dr. Dennis Jensen has been recognized for his outstanding teaching with The Heather Reisman and Gerald Schwartz Award for Excellence in Teaching. Established in 2011 through a gift from Heather Munroe-Blum and Leonard Solomon-Blum, this award recognizes outstanding teaching by a member of our faculty. Dennis Jensen is an Associate Professor and Canada Research Chair in Clinical Exercise & Respiratory Physiology with KPE. He teaches courses in exercise physiology and pathophysiology and his research activities are focused on the mechanisms, measurement and management of breathlessness and exercise intolerance in people with chronic pulmonary disease.
