The pot is firmly attached with Velcro, and the tree is installed in horizontal position so that no branch or leaf touches the couch and the tree would appear natural if it was rotated by 90 degrees, from parallel to perpendicular to the couch.

Light off, using red light rays (not visible in this photo), the centering of the tree and its lower and higher heights on the couch are verified in the CT scanner room.

With light on in both rooms, the protocol (Exam Plan) is being prepared at the console; the camera on the right of the desk shows the tree on the couch from the back of the Canon CT.

Preparation Of Protocol

Preliminary scanograms (two perspectives: along the couch and from the side of the couch) are displayed on the monitor at the console. Everything looks in order and the actual macro-CT scanning may begin.
