 her oversight organizations. While DMPs can help improve your research qua
 lity and reproducibility\, they also ensure compliance with the D2R Resear
 ch Data Management Guidelines.\n\nIn this workshop\, we will present the D
 MP Assistant portal and introduce the new D2R DMP template\, designed to s
 upport D2R’s research projects. Attendees will have the opportunity to dis
 cuss discipline-specific issues related to data planning during active res

 search data management specialist at the McGill University Libraries. Alis
 a holds a master of information studies from McGill University\, an MA and
  PhD in political science from the University of California\, Santa Barbar
 a\, and a BA in bioethics from the American Jewish University. Prior to jo
 ining McGill\, Alisa was the survey methodologist at Ithaka S+R and then t
 he associate director of the Empirical Reasoning Center at Barnard College
  of Columbia University. Her research interests include research data mana
 gement\, data librarianship\, and building community around data.\n\nMathi
 eu Bourgey is an expert in bioinformatics and computational genomics. He h
 olds a PhD in statistical genetics from Paris Sud University and completed
  a postdoctoral fellowship in bioinformatics at the University of Montreal
  (D. Sinnett’s Lab – CHU Sainte-Justine). From 2022 to 2024\, Mathieu was 
 the scientific manager at Mila – Quebec AI Institute\, where he supported 
 cutting-edge AI research and funding projects under the leadership of Prof
 . Yoshua Bengio. Prior to that\, he was bioinformatics manager at the Cana
 dian Centre for Computational Genomics (C3G). Earlier in his career\, Math
 ieu held roles at Genome Quebec\, progressing from senior bioinformatician
  to leading the data production and services team. His work has contribute
 d to numerous publications\, conferences\, workshops\, and training progra
