Oups, this website is outdated! But Dialogue McGill has a new website!

Supervisory Incentives

Field instructors are not compensated in any way for taking on a student for 400 hours, nor are their caseloads lessened.  By offering a token of thanks for their commitment towards educating the next generation of social workers, we are expressing our gratitude and hoping they will continue to be committed to taking on students to supervise.

Francine Granner, Coordinator of Field Education, McGill School of Social Work

Funds are allocated as part of the Retention Program's support activities for internship supervisors with the purpose of creating an incentive intended to recruit new supervisors.

The next application date for Supervisory Incentives will be announced soon.
