In the spring of 2017, the Dialogue McGill management team wanted to take advantage of the Project’s renewal period to identify lessons learned during implementation of the Language Training Program over the past three years and see what improvements they could make to it for the next five years.
The team wanted to take advantage of the knowledge and experience of respondents who are responsible for language training at the CISSS and CIUSSS in Quebec4. These respondents play an essential leading role in the implementation of the Language Training Program.
In collaboration with the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS), Dialogue McGill management team formulated a questionnaire intended to guide the interviews with the respondents.
This report presents the results of 13 interviews with respondents carried out in the months of May and June of 2017.
