One of the objectives of the Retention Incentives Component is to strengthen the support for the supervisors. Supervision courses are therefore continuing, offered free of charge by the Project and accessible to the internship supervisors, either face to face or online. In addition to these courses, the McGill Project has conducted a review of recent literature on promising practices in supervision.
