Local and regional partners will work in collaboration to build partnerships and to network, thereby enhancing recruitment, retention and promotional strategies and developing sustainable intern integration activities. CSSS de la Côte-de-Gaspé, Agence de la santé et des services sociaux de la Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Eastern Shores School Board - Wakeham Adult Education Centre, Gaspé Polyvalent, Cégep de la Gaspésie et des Îles-de-la-Madeleine - Groupe Collegia, Carrefour Jeunesse-Emploi
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A community health and social services recruitment and retention strategy will be developed in collaboration with the Agence, the CSSS de la Côte-de-Gaspé, the Carrefour Jeunesse and educational institutions to be delivered over the next two years. As the public institutions already have, in some cases, internal recruitment and retention strategies, the focus of our project will be to identify the actions where the community may take some responsibility and actively participate in promotional activities that will enhance bilingual recruitment in our public institutions.
