The conference will be held at the Fairmont Tremblant Hotel, situated at the foot of Mont Tremblant in Quebec's Laurentians. Tremblant is the premier winter resort in eastern North America. It is located a 2-hour drive by shuttle or rental car north of Montreal's Trudeau Airport. Air Canada and Porter Airlines have direct air service from Toronto to the local Mont Tremblant International Airport. See an overview of winter activities at Mont Tremblant.
A conference fee will be charged to cover expenses (C$500 for academics, C$750 for practitioners and C$200 for students) plus applicable taxes. The fee covers breakfasts and coffee breaks as well as a dinner reception on Friday. Presenters and discussants will be provided with free accommodation and a conference fee waiver but must cover their own travel. Conference participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses. Participants are eligible for discounted hotel rates arriving Thursday March 3rd and departing Sunday March 6th. Participants who are not presenting must contact the hotel directly to book a room.
