Benefits for Participants

The IMHL pedagogy allows that the learning be applied in real time, between modules, so that managerial practices can be developed and improved during the course of the program.

The program encourages participants to share their experiences, delving into each other's issues to provide innovative solutions to the challenges they face in their respective work environments.

Our innovative educational activities give our experienced participants the opportunity to be the initiators of change within their organisation and their community.

“ Thanks to the new insights coming from the lessons, the discussions and reflections with the faculty and the colleagues, I succeeded in implementing many things by being reflective, analytical, worldly and… collaborative! I even dare say now that I've found in IMHL what I was looking for: being able to put in place the ideas I had only dreamed of.”

- Dr. John Strul, IMHL'14, Psychiatrist and Medical Director, Vivalia - CUP "La Clairière" - Bertrix, Belgium

McGill University is on land which long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg nations. We acknowledge and thank the diverse Indigenous people whose footsteps have marked this territory on which peoples of the world now gather.
