 ectors\, Canadian Association of Radiologists\n		 \n\n\nPanelists will artic
 ulate what they have learned from the COVID-19 pandemic in the interest of
  finding a better path forward for women in the workplace. While there wer
 e early hopes that the pandemic would contribute to equitable treatment fo
 r women in professional settings\, this is not necessarily what has transp
 ired. Our esteemed panelists will share their experiences and insights fro
 m the pandemic\, and express ideas for improving the position of women in 
 these various sectors. This will be a candid conversation and will not be 
 recorded\, so be sure you don’t miss this opportunity to hear from these r
 emarkable women on March 20th. We hope to see you there!\n\n\nAbout the Pa
 nelists\n\nSaloua Benkhouya\n\nSaloua Benkhouya is Vice-President\, Privat
 e Equity and Impact Investments at Fonds de solidarité FTQ. Saloua holds a
  BSc from McGill in Mathematics and Biology (2004) and an MBA from the Des
 autels Faculty of Management (2011). She also completed executive programs
  in Fintech and AI at MIT and Harvard and sits on the board of the Associa
 tion of Québec Women in Finance (AFFQ). She has held several distinguished
  positions in investment banking\, and recently won the Rising Star Awards
  from Women in Finance in Quebec.\n\nFélicia Cá\n\nFélicia Cá is a project
  and research coordinator at Relais-femmes\, a feminist organization facil
 itating research partnerships for gender equality in Quebec. Félicia is in
 volved in the Promotion des Actrices Racisées de la Recherche (PARR) proje
 ct\, which sheds light on the conditions of black and racialized women and
  non-binary researchers while creating resilient spaces of exchange and le
 arning. She earned a double major in International Development Studies and
  Political Science (Arts)\, and a minor in Social Entrepreneurship (Manage
 ment) from McGill (2022).\n\nChristina M. Smith\n\nChristina M. Smith is t
 he Mayor of the City of Westmount\, elected in 2017 and elected for a seco
 nd term in 2021. She has been dedicated to public service for many years a
 nd is especially focused on ensuring that all residents benefit from progr
 ams and services. To this end\, she continues to serve on several advisory
  bodies and community organizations. Prior to entering municipal politics\
 , Christina was the Director of Industry and Government Affairs for Coca-C
 ola. She also served as the Policy Advisor to the Federal Minister of Inte
 rgovernmental Affairs.\n\nDr. Jana Taylor\n\nDr. Jana Taylor is an Associa
 te Professor at McGill University and a radiologist at the McGill Universi
 ty Health Centre\, specializing in lung cancer detection. Among many estee
 med positions\, she is currently the Program Director for the McGill Radio
 logy Residency Program\, Chair of the National Radiology Program Directors
  of Canada and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association
  of Radiologists. She received her MDCM (1999) and her residency (2004) at
  McGill University’s Faculty of Medicine.\n\n\nThis event is open to every
