 erstand the context\, commitments\, and policy/legal frameworks of employm
 ent equity at McGill\;\n		Develop steps for an effective\, strategic\, and e
 quitable search for staff that leads to the hiring of excellent candidates
 \;\n		Identify and address barriers at all stages of the search\, including 
 in job descriptions\, sourcing/recruitment\, screening\, interviews\, asse
 ssments\, offers and onboarding\; \n		Receive guidance on how to apply the e
 quivalency class protocol to the hiring process.\n	\n\n\nRegistration\n\nSi
