What is the role of financiers in shaping a more sustainable world? What are some constructive ways asset managers can transition to investing sustainably? How can we rise above the race for short-term earnings to generate long-term competitive returns and system-wide change?

Join us for a special Integrated Management Symposium to mark the opening ceremony of the 2019 McGill International Portfolio Challenge (MIPC), the premier buy-side finance case competition in the world with $50,000 in cash prizes. Sustainable investment experts Patrick Odier, Senior Managing Partner of Lombard Odier Group in Switzerland and Josée Guibord CEO of Evolugen (by Brookfield Renewable) will share their view on how the investment community can participate as genuine actors in enabling a cleaner, healthier and an equitable future. The discussion will be moderated by Mehreen Haider (McGill MBA’19), Global Capital Markets Associate at Scotiabank.
