was appointed Canada Research Chair in Technology, Innovation and Organizing, SSHRC, Tier 1.
co-authored “How Do Callings Relate to Job Performance? The Role of Organizational Commitment and Ideological Contract Fulfillment,” which was nominated by the editors of Human Relations as having one of the top papers published in 2018.
was selected as one of four finalists for the Journal of Marketing Research 2019 Paul E. Green Award for his paper, “The Club Store Effect: Impact of Shopping in Warehouse Club Stores on Consumers’ Packaged Food Purchases.”
and co-authors Hilal Atasoy and Pei-yu Chen published the paper “The Spillover Effects of Health IT Investments on Regional Healthcare Costs,” which was selected by the managing editor of Management Science as one of the Featured Articles for the June 2018 issue.
and co-author Paul M. Leonardi published their article in the Academy of Management Annals, titled “Social Media and Their Affordances for Organizing: A Review and Agenda for Research,” which won the Best Paper Award for Volume 11 (2017).
received the 2018 Arthur Warga Award for Best Paper in Fixed Income at the Society for Financial Studies (SFS) Calvalcade North America with co-authors Mikhail Chernov and Dongho Song.
and co-authors Peter Christoffersen, Kris Jacobs and Mehdi Karouim published the paper “Illiquidity Premia in Equity Option Markets,” which was selected as Editor’s Choice article in the March 2018 issue of Review of Financial Studies.
