SunExpress appoints Jens Bischof as new managing director
Jens Bischof has been appointed as managing director of SunExpress, a Deutsche Lufthansa/Turkish Airlines joint venture, with effect from January 1, 2017.
He holds a degree of business administration (Dipl. Betriebswirt) from the University of Applied Sciences (AKAD) in Rendsburg and a master’s degree in Management from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

Nadeem Velani named CP’s Chief Financial Officer
Canadian Pacific today announced that Nadeem Velani has been named Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Velani had been serving as Vice-President and interim CFO since September 9, 2016.
Velani holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Western University and an MBA in Finance/International Business from McGill.

MBA Significant Other Welcome
The Desautels MBA Office hosted the inaugural Significant Other Welcome event on October 6th, 2016. Spouses and partners of those pursuing their MBA at Desautels were invited to brunch for a unique opportunity to mingle and learn more about the program. The day culminated with a campus tour and a group picture in front of the Redpath Museum, the traditional location for MBA class pictures.
