eQube Gaming appoints Murray as board adviser

eQube Gaming Ltd. has appointed Bill Murray as an adviser to the company's board of directors. Mr. Murray will be formally appointed to the board subject to regulatory approval.

Mr. Murray is a director of private equity at Regimen Partners, a small-business private equity firm specializing in transforming local and regional companies into multinational organizations. Prior to joining Regimen Partners, Mr. Murray was a managing director in investment banking where he had a 20-year career at a number of firms, including National Bank Financial, Versant Partners, Raymond James Ltd. and AltaCorp Capital. His transaction experience has ranged from venture-stage companies to large-capitalization companies in a broad range of sectors, including aerospace, agriculture, business services, consumer products, engineering and construction, health care, manufacturing, retail, technology, transportation, and waste management. Mr. Murray earned an MBA from McGill University in 1995 and received the chartered financial analyst designation in 1997.
