EMBA students celebrated for International Women’s Day

In honour of International Women’s Day, La Presse shines a spotlight on two members of the 2021 McGill-HEC EMBA class: Jillian Ruiz and Sophie Provencher. Ruiz, the head of marketing at Local Logic in Montreal, says the key to a successful career is to identify personal values and build around those values. As Vice-President of Couche-Tard, Provencher strives to be a positive influence not only in the business world but also in her local community. Both executives point to the management and leadership skills they’ve gleaned from the EMBA program as key factors in their professional success.
