CREATE Summer School Provides a Networking Opportunity for Upcoming Researchers

The Desautels Faculty of Management welcomes 30 PhD students and Post-Doctoral Fellows from North America and Europe for a week of advanced and intensive training in healthcare operations and information management. CREATE Summer School 2010 will be held during June 14 -18 and features 10 lectures from the leading Canadian academics in the field.   As a reflection of the multidisciplinary nature of  healthcare management, the classes will highlight the state of the art in a wide range of topics including communication technologies, information systems, operations research and process management. Bringing together trainees from MIT Zaragoza, Southampton, Cardiff, Bogazici, North Carolina State, Cincinnati as well as eight Canadian Universities, CREATE Summer School 2010 also provides a networking opportunity for these upcoming researchers.
