Canamex Announces Appointment of Michael Pesner to Board of Directors

Canamex Resources Corp. is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Pesner, CPA, CA to the board of directors of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Pesner is currently the President of Hermitage Canada Finance Inc., a corporation specializing in financial advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring. Mr. Pesner spent 26 years as a partner at KPMG and predecessor firms. He currently sits on the board of a number of public and private corporations, including Richmont Mines Inc., Quest Rare Minerals Ltd. and Alexandria Minerals Corp. in the mining and resource sector. Mr. Pesner is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and has a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University.
