Alderon Appoints Interim CFO

Alderon Iron Ore Corp. announces the appointment of Mr. Anthony Glavac as Interim Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company effective December 29, 2014. Alderon's current CFO, Mr. Francois Laurin, is taking an executive position outside of the mining sector in the New Year and is committed to ensuring a seamless transition of his responsibilities to Mr. Glavac.

...Mr. Glavac is a CPA, CA and earned his graduate diploma in Public Accountancy and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.
