About the event

Addressing the challenges and possibilities confronting 21st century society requires going beyond what has been possible thus far in reaching individual and collective health, wealth, and well-being.  There is a need both for thought leaders that are focused on action, and visionary action leaders to collaborate in path-breaking solutions that can be brought to scale.

This first thought-for-action leadership special event hosted by the McGill Center for the Convergence of Health and Economics (MCCHE) is anchored in a powerful keynote presentation by Gautam Shroff, Ph.D., Vice President, Chief Scientist, and Head of Research at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). TCS’s Global Network Delivery Model™ is recognized as the benchmark of excellence in software development.

Dr. Shroff will be presenting a framework to guide enterprises in their digital transformation. He will layout how Enterprise AI, which was developed with agility and deployed on the cloud, forms the critical technical enablers for Business 4.0

A “thought for action leaders” panel will assemble following the presentation, with a two point objective:

  1. academic pioneers driving the establishment of Montreal as the AI Cluster for Health and Wellness, with others advancing the integration of AI into disciplines ranging from management to medicine and;
  2. high level visionary executives in key industries where Business 4.0 is becoming a reality.
