POSTPONED: 2020 Smart-City Operations and Analytics Conference

Event

Donald E. Armstrong Building 3rd floor, 3420 rue McTavish, Montreal, QC, H3A 3L1, CA

The Smart-City Operations and Analytics Conference will take place on July 2, 2020 at McGill University, Montreal, Canada. This conference is brought to you by the Desautels Faculty of Management, IVADO, and GERAD.

We are entering an era of great expectations towards our cities. The vision of “smart city” has been pursued worldwide to transform urban habitats into superior efficiency, quality, and sustainability. This phenomenon prompts us operations management (OM) researchers to ponder what a smart city means through the OM lens, what roles to assume, and how to benefit the OM profession. The goal of the Smart-City Operations and Analytics Conference is to facilitate such discussions and interactions by convening a diverse group of scholars and practitioners to share their cutting-edge research as regards smart-city operations and analytics.
