OB Research Seminar: Emilio Castilla, MIT

Emilio J. Castilla, Professor of Management, MIT Sloan School of Management

He is a faculty member of the Work and Organization Studies Group, the Institute for Work and Employment Research, and the Economic Sociology PhD program at MIT. His research focuses primarily on the areas of organizations, networks, and workplace inequality, with special emphasis on the social aspects of work and employment. He received his PhD in sociology from Stanford University.
