IMPM presents Applying Lessons from Disaster Recovery to COVID 19

Join Professor Daniel Heller, Co-Module Director of the IMPM Collaborative Mindset Module delivered by YNU in Japan in this session on Disaster Recovery. Professor Heller uses the example of leading Japanese companies who have been able to recover after a disaster, minimize damage and achieve business continuity. Building resilience and recovery capabilities has been part of the success story of these companies. Discussions will focus on how we can apply these lessons to our organizations as they cope with the impact of COVID 19 and the global disaster we are all facing.
The discussion will be based on Professor Heller’s research and case studies.
