On-Campus Recruiting (OCR)
On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) provides organizations with many ways to recruit BCom and MBA students at the Desautels Faculty of Management including Job Postings, Information Sessions, Interviewing on-campus, participating in the Career Fair, and being a Guest Speaker.
Using Career Services' online system, myFuture, it is even easier for companies to post jobs and view student profiles.
All Management students have access to the Career Services online job postings. It is a quick and efficient way for your organization to reach students for your full-time, part-time, summer or internship opportunities.
If you would like to post a position available to Management Students, sign-in to myFuture to login to or create an account and post your opportunities.
If you would like to post a position available to all McGill students, please visit McGill Career Planning Service (CaPS).
If you would like to post a position available to McGill Engineering Students, please visit the McGill Engineering Career Centre.
Give students an opportunity to know your company in greater depth! By holding an Information Session, it is your chance to showcase your company and let students know about your corporate culture, job opportunities and typical career paths. It’s also the right time to network with students and answer their questions about your organization.
Your session can be an informal networking session or a more structured presentation.
If your organization is interested in holding an Information session, Career Services will work with you to set a date that works well within student schedules; organize logistics of room rental, food and beverage; and promote the event on-campus to students through myFuture.

The Desautels Faculty of Management holds an annual Career Fair hosted for our Management students. This annual event (usually held mid-September) is the perfect opportunity for employers to create visibility on-campus, promote job opportunities and meet potential employees.
