He was a Partner of McKinsey & Company from 1986 to 1999. Mr. Toeldte served as the Chairman of Algonac Limited from 2004 to 2006. He served as the Chairman of Fletcher Challenge Canada Limited. He serves as Second Vice Chairman of American Forest & Paper Association Inc. He has been a Director of Boise Inc., since February 22, 2008. Mr. Toeldte serves as a Director of the American Forest and Paper Association. Mr. Toeldte completed his Undergraduate Studies in Economics from the Albert Ludwigs Universität in Freiburg, Germany and holds a Master of Business Administration from McGill University in Montreal.
