To help make COVID vaccinations more accessible to our community, McGill will be hosting a walk-in vaccination clinic on campus:

Group Situation Self Assessment Mechanism
Undergraduate Student Coming to campus for class, and not a student employee Complete this self-assessment process to determine if you should come to campus. You no longer need to complete the form on Minerva.
Undergraduate Student Employee Coming to campus for class, or for a student employee-related function Submit the Minerva self-assessment form before coming to campus.
Graduate Student Coming to campus Submit the Minerva self-assessment form before coming to campus.
McGill Employees (faculty, instructors, staff, etc.) Coming to campus Submit the Minerva self-assessment form before coming to campus.
