The exam period tends to be a time of intense stress and also a time when many resources are no longer offered. To respond to this period, Counselling and Mental Health Services is re-launching an initiative to have de-stress activities scheduled on every exam day (April 13 - April 28, 2017) at 12h30 and 16h30.
DE-STRESS ACTIVITIES FOR EXAM DAYS IN APRIL:
- Yoga - 12h30 t0 13h30 – SSMU 420
- Mindfulness Meditation - 16h30 to 17h – Brown Building 4200
- Therapy Dogs - 12h30 to 13h30 – Monday to Thursday - Brown Building Lobby
