 schella is a PhD candidate in Accounting at the Desautels Faculty of Manag
 ement and is the lead instructor for the CFA Exam Preparation Program at M
 cGill's School of Continuing Studies. He is fully invested in the pursuit 
 of lifelong learning and loves to help his students grow and succeed. Outs
 ide of the classroom\, Jason is passionate about research and enjoys colla
 borating with his colleagues to further our understanding of the business 
 world. He is currently conducting research on how to identify profitable i
 nsider trades\, how risk management in small business happens\, and whethe
 r or not auditors price their services to include a reputational risk prem
 ium for higher-risk clients. Jason is also actively engaged in student lif
 e and currently manages the finances of the Desautels Doctoral Students' S
 ociety.\n\n \n\n\n\nAbout Joseph Lutfi\, CFA\, CAIA\, PRM\, CIM\n\nJoseph 
 has been lecturing in the CFA Exam Preparation Program since 2017. He cove
 rs Ethics\, Economics\, Equities and Fixed Income. He has taught other fin
 ance coures at the School of Continuing Studies in the past. He loves all 
 things finance and enjoys sharing this passion with his students.\n\nJosep
 h is a Senior Manager\, Trust Investment Group\, and Investment Counsellor
  at RBC Royal Trust - RBC Wealth Management. As a Senior Manager\, he mana
 ges a national team of investment professionals and analysts. As an Invest
 ment Counsellor\, he is responsible for the construction of investment str
 ategies\, ongoing investment management\, and oversight/risk monitoring fo
 r trust accounts in the Quebec region.\n\nJoseph holds the Chartered Finan
