 \n\nJanne was the sole employee in Exove at the beginning and grew the com
 pany to 80+ people. He served as the CEO until early 2022 when he decided 
 to step down to focus on green coding. During his tenure\, the company ser
 ved hundreds of clients from multinational giants to early-stage startups.
 \n\nPrior to founding Exove\, Janne worked with MySQL clustering as the Pr
 oduct Development Director in Continuent\, and before that with mobile mid
 dleware as the Product Development Director and Head Architect in First Ho
 p.\n\nJanne is currently working on green coding to achieve a more renewab
 le videos in Aranjuez.\n\nJanne is also the chairman of the board of Code 
 from Finland association and has been the key person in developing and lau
 nching the association's Carbon Neutral software company label.\n\nJanne g
 raduated from Helsinki University of Technology with master's and licentia
 te's degrees in computer science. He is author of the book titled 'Green C
 ode'.\n\n\n
