 h or French.\n\nAbout Me Sébastien Fiset\n\nGraduated from Sherbrooke Univ
 ersity in 1997 and member of the Quebec Bar since 2002\, Me Sébastien Fise
 t has more than two decades of experience in the real estate business and 
 about 20 years as a lawyer specializing in co-ownership law.\n\nMe Fiset h
 as extensive experience in the management and administration of condominiu
 ms\, having previously exercised the profession of condominium manager for
  a property management firm\, after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in finan
 ce from HEC Montreal in 2001.\n\nManaging partner and founder in 2009 of t
 he Fiset Legal law firm\, Me Fiset is the author of several texts on real 
 estate law. He also participates in various conferences as a speaker. He i
 s as well a lecturer at McGill University since 2016 where he teaches the 
 course Fundamentals of Property and Co-Ownership Law in Quebec. He is also
  an accredited mediator and arbitrator (IMAQ and the Quebec Bar) in civil 
 law disputes\, in the fields of real estate\, co-ownership and constructio
 n litigation\, which functions have led him\, as a mediator\, to participa
 te in the out-of-court resolution of several disputes and\, as an arbitrat
 or\, to settle numerous disputes through arbitration awards.\n\nMe Fiset h
 olds other certifications and attestations in finance\, from the Associati
 on paritaire pour la santé et la sécurité du travail du secteur de la cons
 truction and in real estate brokerage. He is fluent in French\, English an
 d Spanish.\n\nHis areas of practice include condominium law\, real estate
