 ch and management consultant with over 25 years of experience in organizat
 ional learning and leadership development\, and Robert Paris\, a pioneer i
 n using neuroscience-supported tools and processes that challenge current

 rs is an educator\, coach and management consultant with over 30 years of 
 experience in organizational learning and leadership development.\n\nHe wa
 s instrumental in developing the McGill School of Continuing Studies' grad
 ute level leadership programs in which he continues to teach courses in le
 adership skills development. Robert Paris: Robert has developed a reputati
 on as a pioneer in using neuroscience-supported tools and processes that c
 hallenge current management practices that date back over 50 years.\n\nRob
 ert Paris is one of the first and very few professionals in Canada who hav
 e earned their Certificate in the Foundations of Neuroleadership from the
