Biography

Nadège Firsova is a Faculty Lecturer in the department of Career and Professional Development. She teaches a variety of Organizational Behavior courses at the undergraduate, graduate, continuing education and executive training levels.

Ms. Firsova provides advisory services to businesses on international business opportunities, market access and best practices. She consults to private corporations and governments through the world on strategic international business development, global leadership and multicultural team management issues.

Previously, Ms. Firsova served as an Advisor on international business development at Bombardier Aerospace, where she facilitated the development of company’s Russia strategy and was involved in negotiations with major players of Russian aerospace industry, as well as Russian and Canadian governments. She was also involved in the organization’s strategic planning cycle and in a wide range of international trade initiatives.

Nadège holds an MBA degree from the University of Quebec and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Commerce and Business from the Sorbonne University in Paris, France. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Strategic Management and Risks at the University of Quebec in Trois-Rivières.

She is a Member of the Board of the Montreal Chapter of CERBA - Canada Eurasia Russia Business Association and a Member of G20-B20 Taskforce on Employment and Education.
