Please complete this form if you would like to be paired with a mentor during the pilot of the program that will begin in June 2020. Due to the pandemic, all mentoring sessions will take place on video platforms like Zoom or by telephone or email.
By being the first mentees in the program, you will help inform the development of the full program through your feedback.
Our pilot group will include 12 to 15 mentees, who are available from June until September. If you are not selected for the pilot program, we will keep your name for the full launch of the program in late 2020.
