Start: February 2019
End: Completed
The project consists of the complete interior demolition (interior walls, ceilings) and redesign of the basement, 1st and 2nd floors of the new wing of the Lyman Duff Medical Building.
It includes all needed architectural and structural work, and related electrical and mechanical systems replacement, to create a modern facility for pain research.
The renovated space, which will include labs and administrative spaces, will become a central hub for the Alan Edwards Centre for Research on Pain, including Canada Excellence Research Chair Luda Diatchenko and her team.
