Lyman Duff Medical Building

Start of project: April 2017

End of project: Completed

This project consists of replacing the outdated HVAC system that serves two of the building’s three wings (the new and the core wings) and upgrading the main ventilation distribution conduits (vertical shafts). It also includes the construction of a new mechanical room in the core wing of the building to house the new system and an emergency generator.

This project is funded in part by the Government of Canada’s Post-secondary Institutions Strategic Investment Fund.
