Ferrier Building

Start of project: April 2017

End of project: Completed

The Ferrier Building currently has ten mechanical rooms serving independent ventilation systems and corresponding rooftop units. This project consists of replacing all existing systems with a new single air-handling unit, creating a centralized ventilation system. This will make the operation and maintenance of the building’s HVAC system easier and reduce associated costs.

The project also includes the partial renovation of the building’s 1st and 4th floors in order to create ten additional office spaces and two new seminar rooms.
