CJNR (Canadian Journal of Nursing Research) is an international peer-reviewed journal published quarterly by the Ingram School of Nursing at McGill University and dedicated to scholarship in nursing and health care. We are proud to be one of the most downloaded journals in the Ingentaconnect.com collection (in the top 1%). Over the past four and a half decades we have published articles by both leading and emerging scholars from around the world.
CJNR publishes qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research on diverse topics of relevance to nursing and health care. The Journal welcomes well-designed experimental and non-experimental research studies (see the Author Guidelines for more details). CJNR invites submissions on methodological issues and innovations, conceptual models, integrated reviews, and scholarly papers.
Prior to submitting a manuscript, authors are requested to send a letter of inquiry on their proposed topic to: cjnr.nursing [at] mcgill.ca

Since January 2014 CJNR is an online only journal. Current issues are subscription based and are controlled by a 3-year moving wall.
