Congratulations to Dr. Pia Wintermark, Associate Professor in the Division of Neonatology, Department of Pediatrics, who has been designated a William Dawson Scholar by McGill University.
The William Dawson Scholar award recognizes a scholar developing into an outstanding and original researcher of world-class caliber who is poised to become a leader in their field. Dr. Wintermark was awarded in recognition of her significant contributions in the field of neonatal brain science.
Congratulations to ECE Professor Peter Caines, who was awarded the Distinguished James McGill Professor award, which recognizes outstanding and original late-career researchers of world-class caliber. A leader in his field, Professor Caines attracts excellent students and future researchers to McGill, carrying out leading-edge research.
