(Tentative Date) McGill PRO (Pre-Registration Orientation) is a series of workshops designed to help you navigate course registration and provides you with an opportunity to ask your Academic Advisor questions face-to-face virtually. Some students are also able to write English and French placement exams as well as meet with an Access Advisor from Student Accessibility and Achievement!.

Deadline for inter-faculty transfer applications to the Desautels Faculty of Management for the Fall 2025 term.

Note: In Summer 2025, deferred exams will be held on August 5 (Agriculture only), 6 and 7.

First day of five-day-per-week (MTWRF) classes and last day to register without penalty in June section Summer courses (for Management courses and other exceptions, please see Summer Studies Calendar).

(Tentative Date) International students may obtain their student cards as of June 16. The locations and operating hours of ID card centres on both campuses can be found on the Student Information website (www.mcgill.ca/students). Students must be registered for at least one Fall term course, and need to bring their McGill ID number, valid photo ID, and must submit copies of their Certificat d'acceptation du Québec.
