These grants are available to DOM faculty and trainees through a selection process to support research and innovation projects in medical education. Below are some examples of projects funded by this initiative. Any contributions/gifts to the Department of Medicine Grants for Scholarship in Medical Education go fully to our researchers.
We offer an opportunity for trainees to showcase their Quality/Safety/High Value HealthCare research.
Abstract proposals should be 250 words and 1 page maximum prepared in the following format: Title, List of Authors, Background, Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusion. Successful candidates (notified in mid-May) must be available to present their poster on the day of the symposium. The top 3 abstracts will be selected to present live in our 3-minute abstract slam on the day of the event (prize for the first place abstract).
