UbiMobility is a program run by Bpifrance and Business France to give companies in the connected and autonomous car space a leg up in the United States. The program can boast several successes: Of the 16 startups from the 2015 and 2016 editions, 11 have opened US operations.

After less than a year at the job, Ericsson Senior VP and head of North American operations Rima Qureshi (BCom’87, MBA’96) has left the company. Chief Strategy Officer Niklas Hueveldop has stepped in on an interim basis, and the company has started the search for a permanent replacement.
