Education alumnus Alexander Michael Otsehtokon McComber (MEd 1996) has been selected as recipient of an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Science from Queen's University. Alexander McComber "has worked with a number of national diabetes organizations including Health Canada's Aboriginal Diabetes Initiative," wrote Queen's Gazette in their recent announcement.

Tuesday night’s award ceremony acknowledged outstanding contributions of McGillians towards promoting diversity and inclusivity in the local community and on campus.
