DCL candidate Catherine Doldirina has won this year’s Isabella H. Ph. Diederiks-Verschoor Award and Prize for Best Paper by a Young Author from the International Institute of Space Law.
At the time of his death in 2004, Japanese aviation expert Masao Sekiguchi was regarded as one of the world’s most influential lawyers in the field – but he never forgot his time as a graduate student at McGill’s Institute of Air & Space Law. Now Sekiguchi’s widow has chosen to honour her husband’s dedication to his alma mater by creating a fellowship in his name.
